✅ Complete 2-Way Integration
- When a customer/vehicle/repair order and/or appointment is added/updated/deleted in your SMS, it will automatically appear in AppFueled
- When an appointment is scheduled, it will automatically appear in both your SMS platform and AppFueled — no extra steps needed!
🔁 One-Way Integration to Keep in Mind
- Reminders Appointment Confirmations/Cancellations:
- If a customer cancels (or confirms), the cancellation will show in AppFueled, but you’ll need to manually update the appointment as such in your SMS system.
- (Don’t worry — you’ll receive an inbox alert when this happens so nothing slips through the cracks!)
- Marketing Permissions:
- Turning off marketing permissions in your SMS will also reflect in AppFueled.
- However, turning off marketing permissions in AppFueled is disabled because it will not sync back to your SMS system.

- Updating a customer's followup preference or customer status will not reflect in your SMS either.
