MUST HAVE ADMIN PANEL ACCESS TO PROCEED
🧭 Step 1: Log In to the Admin Panel
Log in to the Admin Panel
⚙️ Step 2: Turn On Advisor-Based Auto-Assignment (Reopened Missed Sale)

Go to Marketing → Tasks

Select Reopened Missed Sale

Toggle ON - "assign to a specific user (on creation) - based on the advisor on the repair order"

Click Update

This tells AppFueled to automatically route each task to the advisor tied to the RO.
🔗 Step 3: Pair AppFueled Staff Users to Tekmetric Employees (Required)
For advisor-based assignment to work, AppFueled must know which Tekmetric employee matches each AppFueled staff user.

Go to Account → Staff

Click Employees

Match each Tekmetric Employee to the correct AppFueled Staff User

- ✅ Once this pairing is complete, AppFueled can correctly assign Reopened Missed Sale tasks to the right advisor based on the RO.
✅ Result
New Reopened Missed Sale tasks will automatically be assigned to the staff member who is listed as the advisor on the repair order in Tekmetric.
