Where Do I Find Missed Calls?
Missed Calls
☎️ Step 1: Log In to the Call Center Portal
Go to the Call Center Two-Way Portal and log in with your CallCenter credentials.
💬 Step 2: Open the Messages Panel
Click the Message Icon located in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
🔔 Step 3: View Missed Calls
Inside the Messages section, look for red notification badges.
These indicate missed calls that require follow-up.
You’ll see a list of all missed calls here, along with message history and customer details.
