How Do I Reassign a Task to a Team Member?
If a task needs a specific team member’s attention, you can easily reassign it directly from the task itself.
✅ Step 1: Open the Desired Task
Make sure you’ve selected the specific task you want to reassign.
📝 Step 2: Open the Task Notes
Click the blue Note Icon inside the task.

✏️ Step 3: Add Note Details
Enter any important information or context into the Note section.

🔔 Step 4: Enable “Add a Reminder”
To assign the task to a specific team member:
- Select the date and time the reminder should send

Toggle Add a Reminder to ON

Choose the staff member you want to assign the task to
💾 Step 5: Save the Assignment
Click Add to confirm.
The task will now be reassigned and appear in the selected team member’s task feed.
