How Can I Schedule an Appointment for a Customer?

Schedule a customer's appointment while on the phone! 

✅ Step 1: Open the Customer’s Profile or Task

Begin by navigating to either:

  • The customer’s profile, or

  • The associated task you’re working from.


🗓️ Step 2: Open the Appointment Calendar

Click the Calendar icon located on the upper banner.


🔧 Step 3: Select Your SMS System

On the right side, click the SMS logo for your shop management system:

  • Shop-Ware

  • Tekmetric

  • Protractor

This opens your SMS appointment scheduler.


✏️ Step 4: Enter Appointment Details

  • Fill in customer info and appointment details. 


💾 Step 5: Add the Appointment

Review the information for accuracy, then click Add Appointment.

If successful, you will see an “Added to Schedule” alert confirming the appointment was created.

The customer's appointment has now been added to the shops calendar!
