Why Am I Not Receiving Inbound Calls or Able to Make Outbound Calls?

Updating Browser Settings 

If you are not receiving inbound call notifications or cannot make outbound calls, your browser may be blocking required permissions for the AppFueled Call Center.

Updating your browser settings usually resolves the issue instantly.

🌐 Update Browser Settings (By Browser)

🔵 Google Chrome

  1. Click the two-line icon (padlock) in the URL bar.

  2. Enable the following:

    • Microphone → Allow

    • Notifications → Allow

🟦 Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar.

  2. Enable:

    • Microphone → Allow

    • Notifications → Allow

✅ After Updating Settings

Refresh the page and try calling again.
Inbound call notifications and outbound calling should now work normally.
