🧩 Why This Happens
The We Miss You template is not vehicle-specific.
It is triggered when a customer hasn’t visited your shop in a while, and does not attach to a specific repair order or vehicle.
Because of this, any vehicle-based merge tags in the template will not populate and will send as raw script.
✅ How to Fix It
Remove all vehicle-specific merge tags from the We Miss You template.
Steps:

Log in to the Admin Panel

Go to InstantAutoSite Admin Panel.

Navigate to: Marketing → Templates

Click Customers and Scroll to find We Miss You

Remove all vehicle based merge tags from:

Email script
-
Text message script
-
Push notification script
-
-
Click Update after modifying each message type
After removing the merge tags, your template will send correctly.
