How to Change the Name Used for the Primary User Merge Tag (Multi-Location Accounts)
In a multi-location account, you can control which staff member’s name is pulled in by the Primary User merge tag on a per-location basis. This is commonly used when you want the location manager (or another specific staff member) to appear in texts, emails, and automated templates for that specific location.

MUST HAVE ADMIN PANEL ACCESS TO PROCEED
⚙️ Step 1: Log In to the Admin Panel
Go to InstantAutoSite Admin Panel.
Enter your credentials to access your account dashboard
📍 Step 2: Navigate to Locations
Go to:
Website → Locations

✏️ Step 3: Edit the Desired Location

Find the location you want to update

Click Edit next to that location

👤 Step 4: Select the Main Staff User

Locate the Main Staff field
-
Select the staff user whose name you want the Primary User merge tag to pull for this location

Example: choose the location manager

💾 Step 5: Save Your Changes
Scroll down and click Update.
✅For this location, the Primary User merge tag will now use the selected staff member’s name
