Follow these steps to update your appointment booking tool for store closures.
MUST HAVE ADMIN PANEL ACCESS TO PROCEED
⚙️ Step 1: Log In to the Admin Panel
Go to InstantAutoSite Admin Panel.
Enter your credentials to access your account dashboard
🧭 Step 2: Navigate to Closures
From the top menu:

Click Website.

Select Hours.

Then click Closures.

Next, click Create New to add a new store closure entry.
🔄 Step 3: Set Closure Details

Toggle the Status to ON to activate the closure.

Enter a reason for the closure in the text field (e.g., Halloween).

Choose whether this is an:

Annual Date (recurs automatically every year), or

One-Time Date (for single-day or temporary closures).

🗓️ Step 4: Define Closure Duration
Select the closure timeframe:

Single Day: For example, 10/31 for Halloween.

Date Range: If closing for multiple days (e.g., Friday through Monday).

Partial Day: For shortened business hours or early closings.
🚨 Step 5: Add an Advance Warning (Optional)
If you’d like to display a banner warning customers in advance:

Choose how many days before the closure the message should appear (e.g., 1 day in advance).
This banner will display in your app, notifying customers of your upcoming closure.
💾 Step 6: Save and Verify
Click Update to save your changes.
Your booking tool will now automatically reflect the store closure.
