Follow these steps to create new canned notes for text/email scripts

MUST HAVE ADMIN ACCESS TO PROCEED 

1) Log in to the Admin Panel

  • Open the Admin Panel in your browser and log in with your credentials.

2) Open the “Canned Notes” Section

  • In the left navigation menu, click WebsiteCanned Notes.

3) Create a New Note

  • Click Create Now.

4) Choose the Script Type

  • Under Type, select Text Message or Email Message.

5) Add a Name for Internal Reference

  • Enter a descriptive internal label in the Label field (e.g., Oil Change- URGENT).

6) Insert Script Content

  • In the main content area, type or paste the message you want to save as a canned note.

7) Set Publish Status and Save

  • Turn on Publish Status, then click Update.

8) Access the Script in the Two-Way Portal

  • Log in to the Two-Way Portal.

  • Click Tasks.

  • Find and select the task you want.

  • Click MessagesSend Text Message.

  • Click the Notes icon on the left and scroll to locate your new script.

9) Insert and Send the Script

  • Click Select next to your script. Confirm it appears in the message area, then send it as needed.
