Follow these steps to create new canned notes for text/email scripts
MUST HAVE ADMIN ACCESS TO PROCEED
1) Log in to the Admin Panel

Open the Admin Panel in your browser and log in with your credentials.

2) Open the “Canned Notes” Section

In the left navigation menu, click Website → Canned Notes.
3) Create a New Note

Click Create Now.
4) Choose the Script Type

Under Type, select Text Message or Email Message.
5) Add a Name for Internal Reference

Enter a descriptive internal label in the Label field (e.g., Oil Change- URGENT).
6) Insert Script Content

In the main content area, type or paste the message you want to save as a canned note.
7) Set Publish Status and Save

Turn on Publish Status, then click Update.
8) Access the Script in the Two-Way Portal

Log in to the Two-Way Portal.

Click Tasks.

Find and select the task you want.

Click Messages → Send Text Message.

Click the Notes icon on the left and scroll to locate your new script.
9) Insert and Send the Script

Click Select next to your script. Confirm it appears in the message area, then send it as needed.
