Follow these quick steps to add a buffer time window before or after appointments

⚙️ Step 1: Log In to the Admin Panel
Go to InstantAutoSite Admin Panel.
Enter your credentials to access your dashboard.

🧭 Step 2: Navigate to Appointment Form Settings
From the main menu:

Click Website.

Select Web Forms from the dropdown menu.
3. Scroll down and click Appointment Form Settings.
This section controls how far in advance customers can book appointments through your website.
💡 Tip: If you manage multiple locations, be sure you’re logged into the correct shop account before making changes.
🔍 Step 3: Find the Buffer / Booking Options
Scroll down the Appointment Form Settings page until you find:
“Allow (x) scheduled appointments during the same time interval.”
This section lets you control how many appointments can overlap and set buffer times between them.
🔄 Step 4: Configure Overlaps and Buffer Window Settings

In the “Number of appointments allowed during the same time interval” field, enter how many bookings can occur at once.

Toggle the ON/OFF switch (found to the left) to ON to activate the setting.

Before the Appointment

In the Before Event Buffer field, enter the number of minutes you’d like between one appointment ending and the next beginning.

- After the Appointment

In the After Event Buffer field, enter the number of minutes to add as a post-appointment gap.

💡 Example: Entering 30 in the Before Event Buffer and 15 in the After Event Buffer ensures there’s a 30-minute gap before and a 15-minute gap after each appointment.
💾 Step 5: Turn On and Save Your Changes
Once all fields are set:

Click Update to apply your new settings.
