How to Set up Buffer Times in the Appointment Booking Tool

Follow these quick steps to add a buffer time window before or after appointments

MUST HAVE ADMIN ACCESS TO PROCEED 

1) Log in to the admin panel 

-https://www.instantautosite.net/login

2)Open the appointment form settings

-Click Website → Web Forms → Appointment Form Settings.

3) Find the buffer / booking options

-Scroll down the Appointment Form Settings page until you see "Allow (x) scheduled appointments during the same time interval" 

4) Set how many appointments can overlap and toggle buffer settings to on 

-In the field for “number of appointments allowed during the same time interval” 

-Make sure to switch the ON/OFF button found to the left to ON 

5a) Add a buffer window before the appointment

-In the “Before event buffer”, enter the number of minutes for the pre-appointment buffer.

5b) Add a buffer after the appointment

-In the “After event buffer” field, enter the number of minutes for the post-appointment buffer.

6) Turn setting on and Save your changes

-Click the Update button to apply the new settings.
