🧭 Step 1: Download Your Customer / Subscriber List

Before analyzing active members, you’ll need to export your customer data.

👉 If you haven’t already downloaded your subscriber list, click here to learn how to download a customer/subscriber list from the Admin Panel.

Once downloaded, save the file to your computer.

🤖 Step 2: Upload the File to an AI Tool

Upload the exported file into ChatGPT or Claude.

📝 Step 3: Use This Prompt

Paste the following prompt into your AI tool:

“Using this data, create a list of all customers who have both a membership enrollment date and a membership expiration date that is in the future.”

📄 Step 4: Review the Results

Your AI tool will return a document showing:

• Customers with active memberships

• Enrollment dates
