How to Update the Text Message Script Assigned to a Call Task

Each call task in AppFueled can have a preloaded text message script associated with it. Updating this script allows you to control the message staff send when following up with customers from that task.

MUST HAVE ADMIN PANEL ACCESS TO PROCEED

 

🧭 Step 1: Login to the Admin Panel 

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel

    1. Go to InstantAutoSite Admin Panel

🧭 Step 2: Navigate to Tasks

Go to Marketing → Tasks

🧭 Step 3: Select the Task

Click on the call task you want to update (for example: Reopened Missed Sale, No Recent Visits, etc.).


🧭 Step 4: Update the Text Message Script

  1. Scroll down to the Text Message Script section

  2. Edit or replace the existing text with your desired message

  3. Review for accuracy, tone, and merge tags (if used)


🧭 Step 5: Save Your Changes

Click Update to save.


✅ Result

All future tasks generated from this call task will now use the updated text message script when staff send follow-ups.
