Why Am I Seeing Multiple Customer Records for the Same Customer?

Duplicate customer records in AppFueled are typically caused by duplicate profiles in your SMS.

🔍 Why This Happens

there are two tabs within the profile: the Customer Record and the Subscriber Record.

AppFueled receives customer record directly from your SMS. If multiple customer records exist with the same information, this typically means there are duplicate customer profiles in your SMS.


How to Fix It

Merge the duplicate customer records directly within your SMS. Doing so will consolidate the customer data in both your SMS and AppFueled.
