Why Does a Customer Profile Email Say "Cleaned" or "Soft Bounced"?
If you notice a customer's email has one of these statuses in the call center or 2-way portal, here's what it means.

This information is coming directly from Mandrill, the email service AppFueled uses to send automated emails. Here's what each status means:
🚫 Cleaned
This email address has been removed from the sending list. No emails are being delivered to it — typically because the address is invalid, inactive, or no longer exists.
⚠️ Soft Bounced
Emails sent to this address were temporarily rejected. This usually indicates a delivery issue on the recipient's side — such as a full inbox or a temporary server problem — and as a result, emails are not currently being delivered to this address.
