Privacy Statement

We take your privacy, and the privacy of your subscribers, very seriously at AppFueled™.

At AppFueled™, we are committed to protecting your personal information (and your customer information). Your data is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold, given away, or shared with anyone unless required by law. We do not send promotional messages unless you explicitly request them.

A. The Information We Collect

This privacy notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the AppFueled™ website. On certain pages, you can order services, make contact requests, and register an account. The personal information collected on these pages may include:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Credit/Debit card information (etc.)

Additionally, you may submit information about other people, or your customers may submit their information on your website hosted by AppFueled™. For example, if your customers register an account on your domain, they will need to submit a form. The personal information collected in this case may include:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Address

  • Phone number (etc.)

B. We NEVER Touch Your Customer Lists

Your email recipient lists are stored securely on an AppFueled™ server. Under no circumstances do we steal, contact, market to, sell, or share your list with any third party, except as required by law. Your recipient list remains strictly confidential, and only authorized personnel have access to view system accounts and campaigns for customer service and abuse-monitoring purposes. You may export (download) your customer lists at any time as they remain your property.

C. Transactional and Mandatory Emails We Send

When you sign up for our services, you can expect to receive the following types of emails:

  • Email Receipts: You will receive an email receipt for any purchases made with your credit card.

  • Account Termination: If you cancel your account, a confirmation email will be sent.

  • System Alerts: Registered, active users may receive mandatory system alerts, such as planned outages, system improvements, updates, abuse warnings, and important customer service information. These messages are brief and non-promotional.

  • Automated Responses: If you contact AppFueled™, our system may send an automated response to confirm your request.

D. Promotional Emails We Send

We do not send promotional emails unless you have explicitly requested them. From time to time, we may send an AppFueled™ News email or weekly tips to registered users who have opted-in through their account settings. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can opt-out by unchecking the box in your account settings.

E. Personally Identifiable Information and Use of Cookies

We do not share your personally identifiable information with third parties. We do not automatically collect personal information about visitors to our website unless they are registered users of AppFueled™. We use cookies to temporarily store session information for registered users, allowing them to remain logged in without re-entering credentials. We may also use cookies for website analytics, but these cookies do not identify users personally. Additionally, we may place transparent tracking bugs to measure the performance of online ads. We do not partner with third-party ad server companies.

F. Sale of Business

In the event of the sale, merger, or acquisition of AppFueled™, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. However, any acquirer will be subject to the same privacy commitments outlined in this policy.

G. Safeguarding Your Information

To protect your information, our credit card processing vendor uses the latest 256-bit SSL technology for secure transactions. AppFueled™ accounts require a username and password for login, and passwords are encrypted in our system. We recommend that you log out when finished to prevent unauthorized access. We cannot view your passwords, but we can reset them if necessary.

H. Breach of Security Policy

In the event of a security breach that directly affects you or your subscribers, AppFueled™ will notify you as soon as possible and report the corrective actions taken. However, please be aware that once emails are sent using our email template tool, they can travel through various servers, and we cannot guarantee the privacy of emails after they are sent.

I. Children Under 13

We do not knowingly provide accounts, market to, or solicit information from children under the age of 13. Our terms require users to be at least 18 years old to use the AppFueled™ system.
